General Contest Rules

These General Contest Rules apply to all online contests (“Contest”) that are sponsored and administered by Blair Veenstra PREC* (The House Selling Group) and RE/MAX Camous, unless there are alternate contest rules associated with a particular contest, in which case those alternate contest rules will apply. 

Any relevant information regarding a Contest will be identified by Blair Veenstra PREC* and RE/MAX Camosun at the time of the Contest by means of promotional materials, website, or official social media networking pages.

1.Do I have to be preapproved to start viewing properties?

No, but you should. What we mean by that is you can always work with a Realtor to view homes or start attending open houses, but if you come across “the one” and you don’t have your finances together, there will be a great deal of disappointment when that home sells and you may feel remorse.
